Tips on finding the right Realtor for you.
Here are some helpful hints on what to look for:Does the agent have a website, and does that website have a place to feature your home?
How much experience does the agent have?
Will the agent help you present your house in the best possible manner?
Will you be kept well informed during the entire process?
Is the agent accessible?
Does the agent have their cell phone number on their card?
Do they answer their phone after 'normal business hours' and weekends? (Both are extremely important, if you can't reach your agent neither can buyers.)
Does the agent have references?
What kinds of media do they advertise in?

One other thing you should know is any Realtor can sell you a home, not just the site agent or listing agent. Take time and find a Realtor that respects your needs and wants, not just whoever is in front of you.
